Zimmerman’s “Apology”… Sounds more like an excuse.

zimmerman

George Zimmerman apologized to the parents of Trayvon’s parents saying: “I wanted to say I am sorry for the loss of your son,” a stoic Zimmerman said from the witness stand. “I did not know how old he was. I thought he was a little bit younger than I am and I did not know if he was armed or not.” Source

Does this sound like a real apology to you? It certainly doesn’t to me, I don’t hear a hint of remorse in the statement.  What I hear is an excuse for the fact that he killed an innocent person.  But, I can’t say I’m surprised.  Zimmerman doesn’t seem like an apologetic/sorrowful type of guy.  Especially with a history of  priors relating to violent crimes, I am sure this was just another day at the ranch for him.  Since his father is a retired judge,  I am certain there will be all sorts of allowances made for Zimmerman. In fact, I believe this one the main reasons his arrest took so long. I personally think George Zimmerman  is  sociopath/psychopath with Asperger’s Syndrome. Yes the doctor IS IN and that is my diagnosis.

Most importnatly, my heart goes out to Trayvon’s parents, I pray they find the peace they need and soon.
